As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing secure and efficient on-chain infrastructure for our clients. You'll be responsible for creating and deploying smart contracts that drive token economies, Web3 gaming, and decentralized applications, ensuring that intricate economic models are transformed into robust, audited codebases. Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and deploy smart contracts on Ethereum and EVM-compatible blockchains.

- Write secure, gas-optimized Solidity code following industry best practices and security patterns.

- Collaborate with tokenomics advisors to implement economic models directly into smart contract logic.

- Build and maintain full-stack decentralized applications (DApps) from architecture to deployment.

- Conduct thorough testing and auditing of smart contracts to ensure reliability and security.

- Integrate blockchain components with front-end applications and back-end services.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices across the team.

- Stay current with blockchain development tools, standards, and security vulnerabilities.

- Translate client requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.

Requirements & Skills:

- 6–20 years of experience in blockchain development and smart contract engineering.

- Proficiency in Solidity, Ethereum, and EVM-compatible blockchains.

- Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, tokenomics, and decentralized applications.

- Experience with Web3 technologies, smart contract security, and gas optimization.

- Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and translate client needs into technical solutions.

- Familiarity with front-end development, back-end integration, and full-stack DApp deployment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Certifications in blockchain technologies or smart contract development.
