As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at TeamViewer youll be a key player in ensuring the reliability scalability and performance of our Azure-based SaaS platform. Youll work with a forward-thinking team that powers our core products and services delivering a seamless experience to users worldwide.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our platform drive automation and work with cutting-edge cloud-native technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Design build and maintain highly available secure and scalable Azure cloud infrastructure supporting TeamViewers global SaaS platform.

  • Manage scale and optimize Kubernetes-based containerized platforms leveraging GitOps workflows for declarative infrastructure and application management.

  • Deploy feature and maintenance releases.

  • Develop and enhance monitoring alerting and automation systems to guarantee 24/7 service reliability.

  • Continuously improve infrastructure through automation and Infrastructure-as-Code.

  • Participate in on-call rotations troubleshoot incidents and ensure rapid resolution of operational issues.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate reliability risks driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering IT or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years in SRE DevOps or software development roles.

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (AWS or GCP is a plus).

  • Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code and automation tools (e.g. Terraform Argo CD).

  • Familiarity with programming languages and scripting (including PowerShell).

  • Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).

  • Knowledge of databases (e.g. MS SQL Postgres).

  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g. Datadog Grafana Prometheus).

  • Understanding of distributed systems parallel programming and test automation.

  • Solid grasp of network security principles and best practices.

  • A proactive mindset eagerness to learn and strong collaboration skills
