What Youll Do

As a Senior Scientist I you will serve as a scientific leader supporting critical drug development programs through the design execution and interpretation of regulated bioanalytical and drug-drug interaction (DDI) studies. You will collaborate directly with sponsors influence study strategy solve complex scientific challenges and help bring innovative therapies closer to patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead regulated DMPK and DDI bioanalytical studies that support client drug development programs.
• Develop optimize validate and execute LC-MS/MS and HPLC analytical methods.
• Serve as Study Director (SD) and Principal Investigator (PI) for assigned studies.
• Interpret complex bioanalytical data and provide scientific recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Author and review protocols study reports technical summaries and regulatory documentation.
• Troubleshoot analytical challenges and drive scientifically sound solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Scientists Operations Quality Assurance Business Development and clients.
• Mentor junior scientists and contribute to the growth of laboratory capabilities and scientific excellence.
• Serve as a scientific partner to sponsors by providing study updates discussing results and helping design solutions that meet program objectives.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences Life Sciences Chemistry Biochemistry or a related discipline.
• 5 years of GLP and/or bioanalytical laboratory experience.
• 3 years of hands-on LC-MS/MS experience utilizing Sciex Waters or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting DMPK and Drug-Drug Interaction (DDI) studies.
• Experience authoring protocols reports and technical documentation.
• Strong data interpretation problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
