Job Summary
Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our Honey Process Automation organization. You will build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions. You will definesalesandgrowth strategytoward key customers while aligning with criticalsalesbusiness objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers Utilize yourproduct knowledgeto deliver thevalue propositionto the customers.
Location/Travel:
- Can be based in Denver CO and Salt Lake City UT (Hybrid).
- Ability totravelup to 50% in West Region
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and demonstrate strong understanding of the customers business. Identify where Honeywell can add value through technology and solutions.
- Penetrate new market or accounts identify and develop relationships with the key decision makers uncover new business opportunities recommend differentiated solutions negotiate and win the business
- Identify opportunities for replacing competitive solutions with Honeywell solutions qualify the opportunities progress and close
- Effectively leverage and marshal internal Honeywell resources to maximize win rate
- Represent Honeywell with our customers in a responsive professionalproactive and ethical manner that reflects well on our company andcorevalues
- Engage at multiple levels in target customers
- Coordinatecustomer facingand internal efforts to produce winning value propositions andproposalsthat winordersand achieve or exceed Target
- Leverage best in classsales methodologyformaximizing salespotential
- Follow the details of theSalesOperating System (SOS) with an emphasis on disciplined usage of ourCRMand accurate weeklyforecasting monthly pipeline reviews and quarterly walk to plan

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree
- 5 years Business Development experience in the Oil & Natural Gas Energy or Petrochemical industries
- Demonstrated strong business development sense with the ability to develop relationships with decision makers within new customer accounts.
- Successidentifying new opportunitiesand customers developing and implementing successful pursuit strategies.
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunication

Compensation Package:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas) Colorado Connecticut and Hawaii Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California the annual base salary range is <$162k - $203k>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the candidates work experience education and training key skills as well as market and business considerations.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
