Senior Recruiter, Finance Experts

As the first recruiter on an early-stage AI training team you will build and own the expert sourcing engine for financial services professionals. Your work will help grow an expert network that supports AI development for finance.

• Own the expert pipeline from outbound sourcing and inbound campaigns through qualification conversion and activation.
• Run and test campaigns across LinkedIn alumni networks MBA programs campus recruiting referrals and cold outreach.
• Build and manage sourcing systems automation campaign tools and recruiting copy with minimal direction.
• Track funnel metrics conversion rates and retention then use the data to improve sourcing performance.
• Partner with project leads to plan sourcing by finance domain and seniority based on upcoming work.

• Two to five years of experience in recruiting sourcing growth or lead generation.
• Experience sourcing finance professionals ideally in investment banking private equity or hedge funds.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing channels and run campaigns at scale.
• A self-directed resourceful approach to building new channels tools and processes.
• Comfort with funnel data and making decisions based on metrics.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter LinkedIn Sales Navigator SQL Google Sheets Ashby and Claude Code.
• Experience creating content and writing top-of-funnel recruiting copy.

Salary range: $150000 to $200000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Full-time on-site in San Francisco United States five days per week.
