Senior Recruiter – Cyber Security

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team in Columbus OH supporting a high-volume fast-paced Talent Acquisition function. This is a contract role with strong potential for full-time conversion for the right candidate. You will be the face of Talent Acquisition for our Cyber Security team which is based locally in Columbus.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full lifecycle recruiting for 2030 technical roles per week.

Source screen and hire top talent across roles such as:

Cyber Security

Cloud Security

Security Analytics

CyberArk

Developers Engineers and Managers

Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver top-tier candidates.

Utilize ATS platforms (Workday experience is a plus) to manage candidate pipelines and reporting.

Represent the company brand and values in all candidate interactions.

Required Qualifications:

1015 years of hands-on recruiting experience with a strong focus on Cyber Security roles.

Proven experience in full lifecycle recruiting.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday experience is a plus.

Experience recruiting in FinTech or corporate recruiting environments preferred; agency experience will also be considered.
