Our client is looking for a Senior Python Developer with 10 years of experience. This is a true software development rolenot a Python scripting position.

What Were Looking For

Strong hands-on Python development

Software design & application development

Third-party API integration experience

Django / FastAPI / Zope REST Framework

ETL APIs and data integration

XML / JSON processing

MySQL & complex SQL

Document extraction from PDF/Excel

API integration with portfolio management systems

Experience with Allvue is valuable

Code reviews & developer mentoring

Required Skills:

10 years of software development experience. Strong hands-on Python development experience. Proven experience designing and developing production-grade software applications using Python. Strong experience working with third-party APIs and API integrations. Experience with API development and integration frameworks such as: Django FastAPI Zope REST Framework Strong experience with ETL and data integration. Experience working with XML and JSON data formats. Strong MySQL and SQL skills including complex queries. Experience developing data processing and document extraction solutions. Experience with PDF/Excel document parsing and transforming unstructured data into structured JSON. Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring other developers. Strong software design and development skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
