Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer with strong expertise in Python Agentic AI systems and GoLang development to design and build next-generation intelligent platforms and autonomous AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable backend systems AI orchestration frameworks autonomous agents and distributed microservices using modern cloud-native technologies.

This role involves developing AI agents capable of reasoning planning memory management workflow automation tool usage and multi-agent collaboration while leveraging Python for AI/ML integrations and GoLang for high-performance backend services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AI-driven applications using Python and GoLang.
• Build and deploy Agentic AI systems including autonomous agents multi-agent orchestration reasoning workflows and tool integrations.
• Develop backend microservices and APIs using GoLang and Python frameworks.
• Integrate LLMs vector databases memory frameworks and AI orchestration platforms.
• Create AI pipelines for task planning retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflow automation and decision-making systems.
• Implement distributed and event-driven architectures for AI platforms.
• Collaborate with data scientists DevOps engineers and product teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.
• Optimize performance scalability reliability and security of AI applications.
• Build monitoring observability and evaluation frameworks for AI agents.
• Participate in architecture reviews code reviews and technical mentoring.

Education

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering AI or related field
