Senior Project Manager Utility-Scale Solar

Were looking for a Senior Project Manager who knows how to run a project like a business.

Not someone who just attends meetings updates a schedule and tells us everything is tracking.

We want someone who knows their numbers. Someone who understands self-perform construction and can look at labor production cost schedule and contract exposure and tell us where a project is going before it gets there.

At Enervia our Senior PMs own the commercial and financial performance of utility-scale solar projects from turnover through closeout.

Youll have experienced Construction Managers and field leadership running the work in the field. Your job is to make sure the entire project performs.

What youll own

• Budget forecasting Cost-to-Complete WIP billing and cash flow
• Self-perform labor production productivity and installed quantities
• Contracts change orders RFIs and commercial correspondence
• Procurement subcontractors and major material coordination
• Project schedules risks and recovery plans
• Owner relationships and progress meetings
• Change-order pricing negotiation and recovery
• Ultimately: the financial and contractual success of your projects

Who were looking for

You have experience managing utility-scale solar heavy electrical substation or similar construction projects and youve had real exposure to a self-performing contractor.

That part matters.

We dont simply subcontract the work and manage it from a spreadsheet. We put our own people and equipment in the field which means our PMs need to understand production labor productivity quantities equipment utilization and how todays field performance affects tomorrows forecast.

You should be comfortable with Excel forecasting production tracking scheduling contracts and difficult conversations.

A degree isnt what will get our attention. Knowing how to build lead think ahead and own the outcome will.

Where youll work

Were flexible.

This position can be remote provided youre willing to travel when the job requires it. That could mean our office project sites client meetings or wherever you need to be to lead effectively.

We care a lot more about results than where your laptop happens to be sitting.
