Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead municipal bridge projects from award through closeout overseeing schedule budget safety quality subcontractors and client relationships.
Requirements:
- 10 years of heavy civil construction experience
- 5 years managing bridge structural or transportation projects
- Experience with NY public works and prevailing-wage contracts
- Strong project financial and change-order management
- Experience with subcontractors MPT/traffic control and night work
- Proficiency with P6/MS Project Procore and Excel
- OSHA 30 and valid drivers license
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or equivalent experience
- NY PE PMP or CCM preferred
