Overview

Owns end-to-end execution of complex cross-functional transformation initiatives and M&A integration workstreams driving alignment across Sales Marketing IT Finance Legal and Product.

Responsibilities

• Leads post-close M&A integration planning and execution (systems process org alignment)
• Drives cross-functional transformation initiatives
• Builds and maintains integration playbooks trackers and governance cadences
• Partners with functional leaders to resolve cross-team dependencies and remove blockers
• Operates with significant autonomy in ambiguous fast-changing environments; exercises judgment on priority and escalation
• Reports status risks and decisions to Transformation Office leadership and executives
• And other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 7 years of project management experience required
• M&A integration or large-scale cross-functional program experience required
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence without direct authority
• Comfortable operating across multiple concurrent workstreams under ambiguity and shifting priorities

Preferred Skills

• Enterprise systems exposure (Salesforce NetSuite ERP) a plus
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
