Senior Project Manager, Enterprise Eligibility Data Management

Primary Purpose

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for providing overall direction coordination execution and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with Bright Horizons methodology and goals. This individual leads the delivery team for client projects oversees project management of assigned department initiatives and drives best practices with the project delivery within department and via collaboration with Senior Project Managers and leaders across service delivery teams/departments to ensure consistency within Bright Horizons practices. Responsibilities include project planning consulting managing project resources project management duties including time management resource management client relationship management and team process leadership. The Senior Project Manager leads a team of project managers is a trusted advisor for the client projects and is an internal partner with other department leaders to drive the overall success of our project delivery.

This is a remote position available in the United States.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

• Drives all project-related activities for assigned clients/projects with attention to efficiency timing and superior service to the client and/or intended audience.
• Takes ownership of the project communications and processes to ensure successful outcomes and aligned expectations. Produces consistent high level communications to internal and external stakeholders on project status risks and changes recommended. Facilitates the escalation process in a timely and constructive manner to pull in the appropriate team that will own the issue resolution.
• Executes on the project delivery processes and methodology to support total quality of project deliverables.
• Estimates time frames quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement the project; develops project plan incorporating all project variables and facilitates completion of client change orders as required.
• Establishes project mitigation and change request process. Navigates project changes effectively removes barriers and coordinates with a variety of cross-functional project team members.
• Partners with the internal and external service delivery team leaders to manage track and optimize the resource management needs across the departments projects.
• Drives knowledge sharing within and across projects. Facilitates the proper archiving and accessibility of the project deliverables with the consulting delivery team.
• Assesses and minimizes business exposure and risk on project. Ensures project documents are complete current and stored appropriately.
• Oversees project management of greater departmental initiatives as assigned
• Collaborates with department leaders to best practices and continual improvements and is a key driver on maintenance and enhancements to department collaboration and project management tools
• Works to achieve operational targets with major impact on the departmental results. Contributes to the development of goals for the department and planning efforts
• Manages and develops a team of project managers to support client and department projects
• Overnight travel as required for client and organizational meetings.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 4 years of experience as a project manager
• 1 year of experience leading project teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree ideally in business or operations

• Requires related business experience that includes managing a team strong analytical skills organizational skills follow through skills leadership skills.
• Requires project management consulting technology process improvement negotiation and strong communication skills.
• Requires ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast paced environment across other functions including Growth Product Employee Services Finance IT HR and Marketing.
• Hands-on experience leading and executing large complex projects for ERP and/or HR systems implementation is desirable.
• Project management professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or similar project management certification is desirable.
• Requires the ability to remain organized at all times and to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources including team members other internal departments and external parties (such as 3rd party partners).
• Experience with Azure ADO JIRA Salesforce Microsoft suite ITIL or HDI standards a plus.

Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $93000-$105.000 The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience education and training certifications geography and other relevant business or organizational factors.

This position is also eligible for a bonus.

Also depending on hire date and subject to applicable eligibility requirements and accrual schedules new employees in this role receive up to: 9 paid holidays annually; 40 hours of sick time per year based on full-time schedule and 80 hours of vacation time per year based on full-time schedule(vacation time may be used for sick leave purposes under any applicable state or local sick or safe time law).
