Description:

  • Oversee program execution stakeholder coordination and strategic alignment ensuring compliance with DoD governance frameworks.
  • Implement structured reporting mechanisms risk mitigation strategies and ongoing program assessments to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Submit the Program Execution & Performance Report summarizing program activities risks and strategic adjustments.


Requirements

Experience:

  • Possess the knowledge and capability to oversee contract execution stakeholder coordination and strategic alignment across all Work Orders.
  • Personnel must be proficient in program governance risk management budget oversight and performance monitoring.
  • Strong leadership problem solving and communication skills are required to engage with senior DoD and interagency stakeholders effectively.
  • Personnel must have demonstrated experience in program lifecycle management resource allocation risk mitigation and compliance with DoD acquisition and governance frameworks.
  • Experience with interagency coordination DoD contract execution and performance evaluation is required.

Education:

  • A Bachelors degree in Business Administration Program Management or a related field or ten (10) years of equivalent experience in managing large scale DoD programs.
  • Must be PMP certified.
  • Desirable but not required certifications include Lean Six DAWIA Level III in Program Management

Security clearance:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
