Job Description:

Provides specialized expertise in a specific field working independently and leading projects of moderate risk and complexity. Mentors junior staff or manages projects to ensure successful execution and delivery. Possesses strong problem-solving skills to provide professional advice and solutions that align with and support the organizations broader goals.
Leads or coordinates projects and programs from initiation through completion overseeing planning resourcing staffing scheduling and execution to ensure successful delivery. Manages project progress risks and issues and provides regular reporting to stakeholders to ensure outcomes meet agreed requirements for scope quality reliability timeline and cost.
Coordinates crossfunctional teams resources and where applicable suppliers or subcontractors and monitors performance against plans. Identifies and recommends adjustments to schedules budgets or resourcing to address changing requirements or risks ensuring projects and programs are delivered efficiently and in alignment with organisational objectives. $80000-$95000

Omnicoms policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
