Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Assessor Enterprise Modernization Program
Client: County of San Diego CA

Number of Positions: 1
Work Location: San Diego CA (onsite availability required for key project activities)
Contract Duration: 1 year with four additional one-year extension options
Submission Deadline: November 6 2026 before 5:00 PM
Interview Window: November 14-22 2026 (tentative)
Key Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of project/program management experience including at least 5 years in a local government environment.
At least 5 years leading large-scale enterprise technology implementation or modernization projects with budgets of $10 million or more.
Experience leading at least 3 enterprise system implementations through deployment go-live or post-production stabilization.
Strong experience in vendor management project governance executive reporting risk management budgeting and stakeholder coordination.
Experience with system integration data migration testing cutover go-live and operational readiness.
PMP PgMP Agile/Scrum or related certifications are desirable.
Availability to work during Pacific Time business hours and attend onsite activities in San Diego.
