Job Description:
Role and Responsibilities:
- Contributes to the strategic planning execution and oversight of medium-scale quality programs ensuring alignment with quality management framework and business objectives and applies advanced understanding of entrepreneurial skills and supports the entrepreneurial environment and follows up on initiatives.
- Implements comprehensive program plans integrating risk management strategies and contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions and ensure timely delivery of program goals working under limited supervision.
- Analyzes program performance metrics and KPIs rigorously utilizing data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance program effectiveness over time.
- Facilitates proactive stakeholder engagement and communication strategies fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the program lifecycle.
- Innovates within the program framework by leveraging emerging technologies industry best practices and quality improvement methodologies to drive innovation and achieve superior program outcomes.
- Mentors program team members providing guidance on quality management principles fostering a culture of excellence and supporting professional growth and development.
- Ensures compliance with global quality standards and regulatory requirements conducting regular audits and assessments to uphold commitment to quality and patient safety.
- Presents comprehensive program updates performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders demonstrating program achievements and outlining future plans.
- Handles program finances and budgets effectively ensuring optimal resource allocation cost control and financial transparency throughout the program lifecycle.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum required Education: Bachelors / Masters Degree in Business Administration Project Management or equivalent.
- Minimum required Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience with a Bachelors OR Minimum 3 years of experience with a Masters in areas such as Project management Program Management Portfolio Management Agile Methodology or equivalent.
- Preferred Education: Masters degree in Business Administration Project Management or equivalent.
- Preferred Certification: PMP / PM Practitioner Certification
