Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is hiring a Senior Program Manager for a DC Government client. The Senior Program Manager will lead and manage the clients PeopleSoft HCM resource team including the UX/UI Lead the Payroll Functional SME and the Time and Labor Functional SME overseeing delivery staff performance and stakeholder coordination.
The agency maintains a multi-disciplinary team of PeopleSoft HCM specialists supporting the Districts Core HR Payroll and Time and Labor systems and related digital modernization initiatives. The agency requires an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead this team uphold consistent delivery standards across engagements and serve as the primary point of coordination and escalation between agency leadership DCHR and the PeopleSoft resource team.
- Provide day-to-day management mentorship and performance oversight for the PeopleSoft resource team including the UX/UI Lead Payroll Functional SME Time and Labor Functional SME and other assigned PeopleSoft staff.
- Serve as the primary escalation point between agency leadership DCHR and the PeopleSoft team for scope priority and delivery issues.
- Coordinate cross-functional work across PeopleSoft HCM modules including Core HR Payroll for North America Time and Labor and Benefits Administration to align priorities and maintain consistent delivery standards.
- Oversee planning scheduling and resource allocation across concurrent PeopleSoft initiatives including the digital hiring UX/UI modernization effort.
- Track team performance against SLAs and KPIs and drive continuous improvement of PeopleSoft support and delivery processes.
- Facilitate regular status reporting to agency stakeholders on program health risks and milestones across all PeopleSoft engagements.
- Support requirements gathering functional design review and change management oversight across PeopleSoft HCM projects.
- Manage staffing needs onboarding and succession planning for the PeopleSoft team in coordination with account management.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Sixteen or more years of IT program and project management experience including managing multi-person technical teams.
- Demonstrated experience managing PeopleSoft HCM engagements or teams covering Core HR Payroll and Time and Labor.
- Strong track record leading projects in compliance with established standards and procedures.
- Experience managing government or public-sector IT programs. DC government experience is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders including client leadership technical staff and vendor resources.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience delivering executive-level status reporting.
