Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage complex cross-functional programs from initiation through execution and closure.
* Define program scope objectives timelines milestones and success metrics aligned with organizational goals.
* Partner with executive leadership business stakeholders engineering finance operations and other teams to ensure strategic alignment.
* Establish and maintain program governance frameworks reporting cadence and communication plans.
* Drive program planning dependency management risk mitigation issue resolution and change management activities.
* Monitor program performance track KPIs and provide executive-level status updates.
* Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while ensuring priorities remain aligned with business objectives.
* Facilitate decision-making across stakeholders and proactively remove execution roadblocks.
* Ensure resource planning and budget tracking for assigned programs.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes tools and operational efficiency.
* Work closely with the Board of Directors executive stakeholders and leadership teams on highly visible and sensitive programs.
* Oversee programs tied to the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.
* Navigate complex compliance security and regulated environment requirements.
* Support Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives and related cross-functional coordination.

Required Qualifications:
* 10 12 years of experience in program management project management strategy operations or related roles.
* Proven experience managing large-scale cross-functional enterprise programs.
* Experience working in fast-paced and highly matrixed organizations.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
* Excellent communication presentation and executive reporting skills.
* Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
* Familiarity with change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
* Experience with program management tools such as Jira Box Smartsheet Microsoft Project or similar platforms.
* Familiarity with the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.
* Prior experience in Go-to-Market (GTM) environments highly preferred.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
* Comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate across departments and teams to drive logical conclusions.
* Experience working within regulated environments and compliance-driven organizations preferred.
* Advanced certifications and/or a masters degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
* PMP certification is a plus but not required.
Additional Information:
* This is a highly sensitive and visible program role.
* The position requires close interaction with executive leadership stakeholders and Board of Directors.
* The engagement is expected to continue through Q2 (June) of next year.
* Candidates must be local and available to work onsite.
* The interview process will consist of two rounds.
