Job Summary
Project Work Criteria: The candidate needs to work from Barclays Whippany NJ office (3 days a week) and office hours will start from 7-30- 8 AM EST. Sometimes in a month he might have to visit Wilimington DE Barclays office too. THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.
Job Description:
- Extensive experience in Banking and Financial services domain managing technical projects
- Candidate should have more than 10 years of experience in managing technical project from end-to-end perspective.
- Project & Change Management: planning risk control budgeting reporting.
- Stakeholder Communication: coordination updates handling difficult interactions.
- Operational Execution: process compliance quality control policy adherence.
- Problem Solving: choosing simple solutions and escalating when needed.
- Basic Customer Service: first-line support and administrative tasks
