By joining our Mission Solutions business you will be a member of a team dedicated to providing innovative solutions that streamline the preparation and execution of intricate mission-critical operations. We focus on enhancing situational awareness tactical command and control and seamless video data exchange capabilities within a dynamic multi-domain environment.

The Program Management function in Ultra manages one or more projects and program as a group to achieve strategic goals and objectives. The function is accountable for the cumulative performance (to time quality cost and/or as-bid Gross Margin) of the projects and of the individuals performing the management of each project.
A professional at this grade applies technical / professional knowledge making independent judgements based on practice and significant previous experience to support decision making. Often seen as a referral point or more senior team member to escalate more complex problems. Roles will act independently with minimal guidance and may act as project managers/formal mentors for junior staff.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of Program Management experience
• Minimum Secret Security Clearance is required
