Significance Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Management Analystto support an upcomingfederal program (contingent upon award). This role will be on-site located in Dahlgren VA and requires an active TS-SCI.

The Senior Program Management Analyst

The Senior Program Management Analyst will provide program management and analytical support in support of Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) programs. This role is responsible for collecting reviewing and analyzing program information and supporting procurement program planning logistics cost analysis and schedule management activities.

Required Skills:

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Collect review and analyze information in support of program management activities.
Provide support across procurement program planning logistics and program cost analysis.
Develop and maintain program schedules and planning tools including Gantt and PERT charts.
Support development and analysis of ITPRs SSJs BNMs PLCCEs EAs BCAs AoAs BOEs IBRs and CARDs.
Seven (7) years of experience collecting reviewing and analyzing information in support of programs.

Desired Skills:

Navy and/or Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) experience desired.
CCEA certification desired
Experience with Gantt PERT charts
Experience with ITPRs SSJs BNMs
Experience with PLCCEs EAs BCAs AoAs BOEs IBRs CARD
