Senior Program Integrator – IBCS Hardware

i3 is searching for a Senior Program Integrator to join our team!

The Senior Program Integrator will provide critical high-level support to the Product Manager for the Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) - Hardware. This strategic role requires a seasoned acquisition professional adept at navigating the complexities of Major Defense Acquisition Programs. The integrator will be instrumental in driving the programs success by synchronizing all business financial contract logistics and technical management activities related to the overall System of Systems application of IBCS. The ideal candidate will leverage deep expertise in both traditional and rapid acquisition frameworks to ensure the seamless execution of program strategies from development and prototyping through fielding and lifecycle sustainment.

The Senior Program Integrator will help lead a Major Defense Acquisition Program from concept and requirements definition through development prototyping production fielding and sustainment while balancing cost schedule and performance.

Additional Responsibilities include:

• Work closely with Program Office Product Office contractors and stakeholders to align schedules deliverables and priorities for the IBCS System of System.
• Coordinate and integrate business financial contracting logistics and technical activities across the IBCS System of Systems so the program stays aligned and executable.
• Track and manage cost schedule and performance metrics; identify risks and opportunities early and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare and present program status acquisition strategies and decision packages to the Product Manager and senior Army leadership.
• Apply both traditional and rapid acquisition processes (DoD 5000 series and Army-specific frameworks) to move the program efficiently from inception through production and into the field.
• Synchronize efforts among government stakeholders contractors and cross-functional teams to keep development testing production and sustainment activities on track.
• Support the full lifecycle: development and prototyping activities production and fielding and planning for long-term sustainment.
• Support contracting actions budget execution logistics planning and technical reviews so hardware deliveries meet warfighter needs on time and within budget.

This role is for a seasoned Army acquisition professional who thrives in a PMO environment and knows how to take a complex defense system from initial concept all the way to production while managing the cost-schedule-performance triangle.

• Masters degree (M.A./M.S.) required
• 10 years of experience.
• Secret clearance required.

• Regular i3 hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday however additional hours may be required on occasion. Regular and punctual attendance is required.
