Senior Program & Budget Analyst

Job Summary
The Senior Program & Budget Analyst will provide senior-level support for a federal research and development program. The role requires coordinating the annual portfolio development process preparing and facilitating Executive Board meetings developing executive-level briefings maintaining official records and supporting budget formulation.
The analyst will also manage recurring federal reporting by compiling performance data producing management briefings and preparing reports for senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree with a major that includes accounting business finance law contracts purchasing economics industrial management marketing quantitative methods or organization and management.
- Fifteen (15) years of relevant experience.
- Experience with federal budget formulation and portfolio development.
- Experience coordinating executive governance bodies and preparing briefings for senior leadership.
- Strong technical writing editing and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Familiarity with document-management environments and Section 508 accessibility requirements.
