Job Summary:
KBR is seeking a Senior Program Analyst. This position supports the PMA-265 F/A-18 Radar & Strike EW Integrated Product Teams (IPT) at the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) in Patuxent River MD. This position requires a self-starter who requires limited oversight.
Role and Responsibilities:
- The selected candidate will support the Radar & EWIPT Leads in the execution of their duties and record the priorities and upcoming team events.
- Track and analyze program budgets funding and cost performance.
- Assist in monitoring contract requirements including CDRLs and SOW compliance.
- Prepare and maintain program status reports briefs and dashboards.
- Support development of projects schedules and resource forecasts.
- The selected candidate will participate in meetings and would be instrumental in pulling together the data to answer daily/weekly drills of the IPTs.
- This position involves daily interface and coordination with all levels of the IPTs including government contractor and field activity personnel associated with the program office.
- Tasking will include a wide range of program coordination efforts.
- The successful candidate must exhibit well-developed verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal skills; analytical skills; attention to detail; organizational skills.
- Must possess the ability to assess apply and recommend improvements to established business processes.
- Must have the ability to balance priorities in order to work effectively in the fast-paced program office environment.
Basic Qualifications:
- MS or MA Degree in a Business-related field is required. Experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Ten (10) years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
- Allowable Substitution: Bachelors Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Masters Degree; ORAssociates Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Masters Degree; OR Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Masters Degree.
- Active Secret security clearance
Work Location: Onsite
Compensation: $105160.00 - $157630.00. The salary range posted is for Maryland locations. The offered rate will be based on contract affordability the selected candidates knowledge skills abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
