Senior Production Scheduler

Location: Warner Robins Air Force Base Georgia

Type: Non Exempt

Work Schedule: Full-Time 7:00 AM 4:00 PM Monday - Friday

Compensation: $31.70 - $31.70 p/hour

Tessera is seeking a Motivated and Hardworking Senior Production Scheduler with a Positive/Professional attitude.

Typical duties include but are not limited to:

  • Serve as the primary customer service hub for base personnel and external customers via phone email and in-person support.

  • Provide guidance training and workload prioritization for Production Scheduler personnel

  • Process prioritize and track work orders on a daily basis using CMMS.

  • Identify potential scheduling conflicts material shortages and maintenance delays and develop mitigation strategies to minimize downtime

  • Develop and maintain short- and long-range production schedules based on customer requirements manpower availability material status and equipment readiness.

  • Maintain accurate work order time keeping maintenance records production and operational records.

  • Support internal customer and government audits by providing maintenance records reports and production documentation

  • Monitor maintenance backlog and coordinate resources to ensure timely completion of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities

  • Ensure maintenance documentation is complete accurate and maintained in accordance with government regulations contract requirements and records management procedures

  • Prepare reports SITREPs metrics leadership briefings and operational summaries.

  • Monitor and report contractual performance metrics and identify corrective actions required to maintain compliance

  • Support mission readiness by coordinating maintenance schedules tracking work progress and ensuring timely completion of customer requirements

  • Coordinate emergency and priority maintenance requirements adjusting schedules as operational requirements change

  • Coordinate with procurement supply and warehouse personnel to ensure required parts materials and tools are available prior to scheduled maintenance actions

  • Provide customers with repair updates service coordination and outside vendor support.

  • Enter and close corrective maintenance preventive maintenance labor and material records in government systems.

  • Maintain CMMS data integrity through periodic audits and validation of labor equipment material and maintenance records

  • Maintain records management government documentation organizational email accounts and base key inventories.

  • Demonstrate professionalism teamwork sound judgment flexibility and proficiency with Microsoft Office and related CMMS systems.

  • All Other Duties as Assigned*

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in production scheduling maintenance planning work control logistics coordination or a related operations environment.

  • Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or similar work order and scheduling software.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook and PowerPoint) with excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

  • May be required to reach kneel walk stand and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.

  • Work may require repetitive motion reaching lifting kneeling and walking. Standing or sitting for several hours at a time climbing in and out of a vehicle and up and down stairs may also be required.

  • Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time.
