Senior Product Manager Technical, WW Grocery Engagement CX

Help define the future of global grocery shopping online and create experiences customers didnt know they needed. Youll architect next-gen end to end grocery shopping experience across every Amazon surface translating bold product instincts into measurable impact for millions of customers daily.
100% focused and end-to-end technical accountability across direct and adjacent teams you will work relentlessly to deliver our WW Grocery CX vision on time. You will lead from the front exercising technical decision rights acting as point-guard and eliminating blockers.
This demands deep leadership and partnership across product UX engineering science and operations.
Experience building products for global customers and adapting roadmaps with regional teams is essential.

Key job responsibilities
You deliver WW grocery CX product vision and roadmaps for next-generation grocery shopping with a specific focus on repeat engagement.
You own the retention business outcomes for grocery shopping ensuring customers view Amazon as their preferred primary grocery for all shopping missions.
The role requires orchestrating and driving partnerships with teams across the organization to build cohesive experiences balancing bold long-term bets with tactical wins that maximize business impact.
Youll set (and reset) the bar for design build and scaling quality driving focused rapid experimentation to deliver shopping features that achieve our WW CX vision across every customer touchpoint in every country we operate in.

About the team
The WW Grocery CX Engagement team is charged with making Amazon the primary preferred grocery store for our customers across the globe. Part of WW Grocery CX and Quality we own and build the WW grocery shopping experience (today the future) millions of customers rely on every day. Seamless across mobile desktop voice and whatever comes next. - Bachelors degree
- 4 years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

- Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements prioritize incoming work requests and ensure all committed work is delivered on time
- Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau Qlikview QuickSight

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
