The Opportunity
We are building a first-of-its-kind consumer membership ecosystem from the ground up. As a Lead Product Designer you will be one of the first foundational hires responsible for shaping the visual and experiential DNA of a platform that will reach over 100 million users. There is no legacy code no inherited design debt. Just a zero-to-one build powered by an AI-first mindset.

The Product
You will lead the design for a consumer app anchored around the MrBeast audience. This isnt a passive content app; it is a highly interactive gamified ecosystem.

What Youll Do

• Partner directly with the Director of Engineering to define the ideal squad workflow and product roadmap.
• Design and test core retention loops including onboarding flows achievement systems and economy design for digital and real-world experiences.
• Utilize AI tools and agents to iterate at high velocity.
• Own the end-to-end design process from initial concept to shipping a scaled consumer product.

• Consumer Expert: You have a portfolio full of shipped products or features used by millions of people.
• AI-Native: You arent just curious about AI; you are burning through tokens and integrating AI into your design workflow to move faster and smarter.
• Scrappy & Scaled: You have the startup experience to build from zero with a nimble team but the big tech experience to know what happens when a product hits massive scale.
• Action-Oriented: You thrive in ambiguity and prefer building and shipping over long process-heavy design cycles. You prefer to show vs. act.

Compensation Range $158000 - $198000 Bonus Equity
