This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: Two days in-office.

Leads Sustainable Procurement and Procurement Transformation for the U.S. brands covering supplier engagement Scope 3 priorities sustainability integration process standardisation and support for the 2027 source-to-pay tools rollout. Success means embedding sustainability into sourcing and supplier management strengthening governance and reporting and ensuring U.S. requirements are reflected in the global procurement design. The role strengthens Procurements ability to deliver the Companys sustainability and operating-model priorities while connecting Global Source-to-Contract with brand-led Procure-to-Pay teams.

In this role you will get to:

• Lead supplier engagement and Scope 3 priorities across the U.S. brands to advance Procurements sustainability agenda.
• Integrate sustainability requirements into sourcing and supplier-management
• Processes in line with Company commitments and Procurement policies.
• Establishes governance reporting and performance management to track sustainable procurement progress and outcomes.
• Connects Global Source-to-Contract with brand-led Procure-to-Pay teams to standardise procurement processes policies and ways of working.
• Helps to collect and define the procurement-related needs and requirements of the US brands and represent their inclusion in global procurement process and technology design including support for the 2027 rollout of source-to-pay tools and processes.
• Leads stakeholder engagement and change management across Procurement Sustainability and the U.S. brands to embed new practices and achieve adoption.

What you have:

• Bachelors degree in related field
• Extensive job knowledge (8-12 years)

There are a variety of job related factors that go into determining a salary range including but not limited to external market benchmark data geographic location and years of experience sought/ addition to a competitive base salary roles are eligible to be considered for an annual bonus and equity grant.

The base salary range for Connecticut and the NYC-metro area is $159000-$195000
