Responsibilities:
- As aSenior Process Improvement Manager you will drive the implementation communication training and auditing of the company and industry best practices.
- You will partner with BA and functional organization leadership to develop deploy and execute process improvements that support the strategy of achieving lean efficient and successful operations.
- You will implement meaningful metrics that drive continuous improvement and solve strategic issues.
- You will coordinate/lead internal and external audit and appraisal processes and dissemination of results.
- Current Six Sigma Green or Black certification preferred (or must be willing to immediately take steps to attain).
- Bachelors Degree in a related field;
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education.
- 6 - 8 years of relevant experience;
- Higher education may substitute for relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Kaizen & Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 AS9100 & CMMI process standards.
- Experience with program management processes standards & certification.
