Position Overview

Premier Enterprise Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Policy Analyst to support Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3). This position conducts comprehensive research analysis development and management of complex policy initiatives impacting cybersecurity digital forensics cyber operations and enterprise programs. The role develops policy recommendations manages complex policy projects engages stakeholders and supports enterprise governance and performance measurement activities.

Required Qualifications

• Experience developing/managing policy for DAF/DoW in forensics cybersecurity or cyber threat analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical and operational challenges.
• Proven experience communicating effectively across all organizational levels in written and oral forums.
• Comprehensive knowledge of policies impacting cybersecurity forensics cyber training and system development.
• Familiarity with National Cyber Intelligence programs.
• Knowledge of DoW and U.S. Intelligence Community resource planning policy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting cyber operations intelligence digital forensics and enterprise governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis of complex policy issues.
• Evaluate existing policies and programs for effectiveness.
• Identify emerging trends challenges and opportunities.
• Manage policy projects schedules milestones and dependencies.
• Develop policy recommendations and executive decision-support products.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and consensus-building activities.
• Prepare reports presentations and communication materials.
• Represent DC3 in meetings forums and working groups.
• Maintain policy documentation and records.
• Support enterprise policy development and performance measurement activities.
