Our Work MattersAt Kindeva we make products that save lives ensuring better health and well-being for patients around the an 18-month finished goods supply plan for the Injectables and maintain an 18-month finished goods supply plan for the Injectables business considering recurring downtime for maintenance and certification activities (e.g. media fills HEPA certifications) development of the consensus demand plan collaborating with customers sales and commercial colleagues and considering available market intelligenceCollaborate with the Demand Planning team members to understand and consider the consensus demand plan key assumptions risks and batch size Bill of Material and routing information in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP software system to facilitate development of accurate supply plansSupporting the evaluation of issues risks and opportunities in collaboration with the Manager of Planning & Scheduling within the monthly Sales & Operations Planning in collaboration with the Mgr. Planning & Scheduling the generation of supply & demand planning charts graphs and associated output including critical assumptions opportunities and risk associated with the supply plans and capacity loading constraints in the monthly Supply Meeting presentationDeveloping a detailed production schedule for Injectables semi-finished and finished goods consistent with the 18-month monthly supply plan and incorporating customer orders sales forecasts resource constraints cycle times and inventory objectivesGenerate and maintain a 3-week detailed schedule of semi-finished and finished goods manufacturing operations considering customer orders resource constraints cycle times inventory objectives and the 18-month supply planCollaborate with Production Engineering Maintenance Quality Control Quality Assurance Finance MS&T and Finance team members to optimize the schedule given customer requirements varying constraints and standardsThe Senior Planner & Scheduler will also support the development and introduction of new products to Injectables business and the planning and scheduling Bill of Material Routing Rate parameters for development and new products in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP software systemDevelop 3-week detailed schedule for development and new product semi-finished goods and finished goodsQualificationsBachelors degree in supply chain business science engineering other related programs5 years experience in a manufacturing environment. CDMO experience preferredPrior supply planning scheduling or other supply chain experience preferredContinuous improvement / lean six sigma experience preferred#LI-ON-SITE
