What You Will Achieve

This position is primarily responsible for business operations support of the Electronic Chart Recorder (ECR) & Electronic Monitoring Systems (EMS) i.e. Honeywell & ANS -Siemens/ systems for laboratory-based groups within Vaccines located in Pearl River.

This individual will be the single point of contact for identifying and notifying the correct resources in order to keep equipment within the lab running optimally. This involves work with multiple stakeholders including: Vaccines colleagues managers & Leadership Team Quality Informatics & Data Operations (QIDO) Global Workplace Experience (GWE) Pfizer Digital Compass Site Services Procurement and outside vendors.

How You Will Achieve It

• Serve as the single point-of-contact for lab-based groups totaling over 500 colleagues creating maintaining and updating system users profiles and responder lists.
• Reconcile requests for new responder lists with possibly existing lists.
• Provide screenshots of EMS related deliverables to verify change request. Provide trend data for LDRs or general inquiry.
• Regularly review and verify usernames and emails to coordinate with any organizational changes colleague moves or retirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding new chambers to the Honeywell monitoring system including providing guidance on ECR/EMS connectivity requirements and reviewing LAMMS request submissions for accuracy and completeness prior to Honeywell implementation activities.
• Serve as point person for existing chamber moves within and between laboratories. Provide support/ guidance on steps to disconnect & reconnect existing chambers to the ECR/EMS systems
• Serve as the LAMMS (Laboratory Asset Monitoring and Management System) power user providing guidance and support to stakeholders facilitating system requests and representing laboratory operations in enhancement discussions and future system development initiatives.
• Maintain the configuration and responder list files within LAMMS. Process ECR account requests as well as annually recertify accounts. Reset password requests.
• Troubleshoot aberrant alarms issues with notification receipts (calls/texts/emails) and associated root causes as requested by lab colleagues. Collaborate with GWE/ Vaccines Operations/ Procurement to determine if a replacement chamber is warranted.
• Work efficiently as part of a Laboratory support team in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• BS with 3 years of relevant experience or MS with at least 1 years relevant laboratory experience
• Experience with laboratory equipment management.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and must be motivated flexible highly organized and willing to learn new skill sets.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with groups such as Vaccines Quality Informatics & Data Operations Amentum Global Workforce Experience and demonstrated ability to bridge laboratory needs with internal and external services to meet those needs.
• Experience preparing reviewing and managing GMP-controlled documentation including SOPs LDRs CCRs and equipment qualification documentation (e.g. IQ/OQ protocols reports and supporting records).

Nice-to-Have

• Hands on Experience with LAMMS EAMS (Enterprise Asset Management System) Honeywell & ANS (Automatic Notification System) Response.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

• Standard office environment with the individual co-located in open space or workstation with other staff and scientists.
• Access to laboratory which will require appropriate Environmental Health and Safety training be completed.
• No significant physical requirements except significant amounts of computer/keyboard use.

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

Occasional travel may be required to engage with peers at other VRD sites or outside vendors

Work Location Assignment:This is a hybrid role requiring you to live within commuting distance and work on-site an average of 2.5 days per week or more as needed.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $79400.00 to $132400.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
