Job Summary

Job Title: Sr. Network Engineer

Location(s): Herndon VA or Cape Canaveral FL
Responsibilities:

Design implement and support Cisco Unified Communications infrastructure including VoIP IP telephony voice video and mobility solutions across enterprise and multi-site environments.
Administer monitor troubleshoot and optimize Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) IP phones voicemail systems and related telecommunications platforms.
Lead software upgrades deployments and enhancements for Cisco Unified Communications products while ensuring system performance and reliability.
Analyze call flows and call detail records (CDRs) to identify troubleshoot and resolve complex voice and network issues.
Provide technical support to end users and IT teams coordinate with stakeholders and vendors and independently resolve escalated issues.

Skills:

5 years of experience administering and supporting Cisco telecommunications/Unified Communications systems.
Active TS/SCI clearance required.
Experience designing and deploying Cisco voice solutions in multi-site environments.
Strong troubleshooting customer support and problem-resolution skills.
