Job Summary
What Youll Do
- Install and maintain IT Infrastructure including servers networks and storage systems.
- Develop and implement plans for network monitoring expansion and disaster recovery.
- Secure systems with relevant standards and regulations for compliance.
- Respond and route technical issues for the Network Operations Center (NOC).
- Troubleshoot diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent future problems.
- Provide help desk support and proper route requiring escalations to appropriate teams.
- Evaluate technology risks and effectively communicate them.
- Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records.
- Support IT operational projects.
What Youll Need to Succeed
- At least 2-5 years of hands-on experience with cloud technologies and network systems.
- Practical experience in Microsoft Server Systems Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra.
- CCNA CCNP Network or Security certification is a plus.
- Ability to understand network protocols hardware and software.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
- Creative thinker and problem solver.
- Ability to communicate technical information both verbal and written.
- Ability to comprehend technical manuals and procedural documentation.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
