Trenton Operations:

INNIO has formed a joint venture between Jenbacher a global leader in gas engines power equipment and automation technology and Gfoellner a top-tier manufacturer of custom-made vehicle bodies and containers. Our goal is to synergize our expertise to deliver innovative high-quality and reliable solutions to our customers.

We are currently seeking skilled and dedicated individuals to join our growing team on 1st & 2nd shifts at our Trenton NJ facility.

Role Summary:

Senior Mechanical Assemblers are responsible for assembling modules components and complete systems working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality production.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assemble mechanical modules and subassemblies according to technical specifications.
  • Integrate various components into complete systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments (engineering quality logistics) to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Follow work instructions blueprints and safety protocols.
  • Perform quality checks and report any issues or deviations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience preferred.
  • Completed technical vocational training preferably in the metal sector or several years of relevant experience.
  • Professional experience as a metal worker mechanical engineering technician locksmith or similar is an advantage.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents blueprints and mechanical drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication teamwork abilities and a self-starter.

Hiring for 1st & 2nd Shifts:

1st Shift Hours: Monday - Friday (5:30 am - 10:00 pm)

2nd Shift Hours: Monday - Friday (2:00pm- 10:30pm)

Compensation Range: $28.00/hr.--$43.00/hr. (Varies depending on relevancy of experience technical certifications and other job-related criteria)
