Job Summary
Location: DallasFort Worth TX (on-site)
Lead a sustainment data organization of about 150 people across five teams supporting global aircraft fleets with analytics forecasting and digital data services.
What youll do
- Set and execute the data strategy for sustainment operations
- Lead managers over data engineering analytics modeling business intelligence and reporting
- Drive digital modernization and technology investment decisions
- Brief senior leadership customers and executives on performance and progress
- Develop leaders and deepen technical talent across the organization
What you bring
- Bachelors degree in a technical or analytical field
- 12 years in data analytics or IT 7 years leading managers
- Experience with large-scale data platforms and BI tools
- Aerospace defense or logistics experience preferred
Location: DallasFort Worth TX (on-site)
Lead the contracts team for a high-volume aircraft production business covering production obsolescence and support equipment contracts.
What youll do
- Serve as contracts lead for the production business unit
- Lead negotiation administration execution and compliance across a complex portfolio
- Partner with program and finance leadership on contract strategy
- Improve contract processes and team performance
- Report contractual risk and opportunity to senior leadership
What you bring
- Bachelors degree; MBA or J.D. a plus
- 10 years in government contracts 5 years leading teams
- Deep FAR/DFARS knowledge and negotiation of large productio
