Responsibilities
- Manages overall workflow and processes requirements for all contractual documents including Intake Review Negotiation Escalation Execution and Post Execution either directly or through supporting team members
- Conduct all qualification calls for new documents with internal stakeholders to set expectations areas of responsibility and timetables.
- Coordinate with legal department in areas that require advisement for negotiation or escalation
- Conduct internal strategy call after document review with stakeholders to (re)define roles responsibilities next steps and timelines.
- Engage in customer contractual negotiations
- Execute pre-escalation and escalation processes as needed per current risk tolerances
- Complete Negotiation Memorandum as needed
- Coordinate contractual transition to Sales Support
- Ensure post execution processes are completed
- Manage and develop Senior Contract Specialists or Contract Specialist in necessary skills for success
Qualifications
Required Education and/or Experience:
- The knowledge skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a Bachelors degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to Business Finance or Law
- 5 years of work experience preferred
- Prior contract review experience preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel.
- Excellent verbal/ written communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage time multi-task and excel in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Consistently displays high character and a strong work ethic.
Compensation:
$75K - $115K (annual bonus)

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors including qualifications skills relevant experience job knowledge geographic location internal equity and other pertinent job-related factors.
