This pivotal role will be instrumental in shaping the future state of our enterprise capabilities leveraging technology process re-engineering and data analytics to enhance the efficiency quality and strategic impact of these critical areas. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of operational and systems acumen robust program/project management expertise proven people leadership and a passion for innovation in transforming complex business workflows to ensure operational excellence data integrity and a robust control framework.n

The Senior Manager Finance Transformation will develop articulate and execute a clear vision and roadmap for transforming core finance processes operational systems and workflows. This role is grounded first in finance process expertise executed through disciplined program management and team leadership and enabled by technical fluency in data and will lead and develop a team of program managers owning prioritization and resource allocation across a portfolio of concurrent transformation initiatives. Your team will be focused on redesigning end-to-end cross-functional workflows to strengthen controls data accuracy and scalability through automation. This includes evaluating and implementing new enterprise technologies including Generative AI to automate tasks improve data quality and enable advanced analytics such as anomaly detection and compliance requires strong stakeholder management across leadership ISu0026T PMO and business units and ultimate accountability for presenting transformation strategy progress and recommendations directly to senior leadership.n

10 years of progressive experience in program management finance operations or systems consulting with proven leadership of large-scale business transformation or BA in Business Economics or

Proven experience leading developing and managing a team of program managers; including hiring coaching and performance management and prioritizing resources across a portfolio of concurrent understanding of core accounting and operational finance processes (e.g. record-to-report procure-to-pay order-to-cash controllership) and how to re-engineer them for scale accuracy and experience redesigning end-to-end finance workflows across cross-functional groups to strengthen quality controls and data accuracy with working knowledge of relevant regulatory and internal-controls ability to lead cross-functional teams influence senior stakeholders and drive change in a complex organizational applying emerging technologies (e.g. Generative AI) to finance operations such as pattern recognition anomaly detection automated monitoring and compliance problem solver who presents recommendations alongside problems; comfortable with ambiguity and incomplete information in a fast-paced communication and executive presentation skills; responsible for presenting transformation strategy progress and recommendations directly to VP and Executive curious drives issues to root cause and maintains strict confidentiality around financial and strategic information.n
