- SMP/E software installation maintenance upgrades and support
- Mainframe software installation and administration
- JCL and ISPF/TSO
- VTAM and TCP/IP
- IBM Connect
- CA Session Manager and CA Spool
- Mainframe systems infrastructure architecture and design
- BMC AMI tools such as AMI OPS Automation AMI OPS Monitors or AMI Output Management
- Technical leadership project/program management and stakeholder communication.
