Senior Learning & Development Specialist

JobDescription:
We are seekinga highly engaged and experienced Senior Learning and Development Specialist tojoin our Global L&D team. This roleis responsible for designing and delivering impactful learning solutions thatstrengthen manager capability enhance organizational effectiveness andimprove employee engagement across a global workforce in line with businessgoals and strategies.

EssentialDuties and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging learning content for instructor-led virtual and blended learning formats aligned with organizational priorities.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual manager training programs learning workshops and development sessions.
• Lead the delivery evaluation and continuous improvement of core learning programs.
• Partner with internal teams to create learning and HR-related content for employee-facing platforms.
• Plan and support employee engagement initiatives that align with learning and development priorities.
• Contribute to initiatives and programs that support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
• Partner with HR and business leaders to assess learning needs and develop practical effective solutions.
• Use data feedback and program outcomes to measure learning effectiveness and guide continuous improvement.
• Administer and support the Learning Management System including course setup learner assignments records management reporting troubleshooting and ongoing system maintenance.

JobRequirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Development Learning and Development or a related field.
• 8 years of progressive experience in Learning and Development.
• Strong instructional design and content development experience.
• Experience facilitating training programs and workshops; manager or leadership development experience preferred.
• Excellent communication collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with learning management systems such as Workday and Cornerstone.
• Professional presence and ability to work effectively with employees at all levels including executives.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to complete other assignments and responsibilities as directed.
• Ability to travel occasionally as required.

• Strong facilitation and presentation skills across in-person and virtual environments.
• Learning needs analysis and solution design.
• Stakeholder partnership collaboration and communication.
• Project management learning technology proficiency and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with course development and authoring tools such as Articulate Camtasia Adobe Creative Cloud and iSpring.

The SalaryRange for this position is$100k $120K. Actual salary offered tocandidates will depend on several factors including but not limited to worklocation relevant candidates experience education and specific knowledgeskills and abilities.

Thisposition is eligible to receive restricted stock unit (RSU) awards and cashbonuses solely at MACOMs discretion subject to individual and companyperformance.
