Senior Labor DataReporting Analyst
Job Summary
Jabil is seeking a Senior Labor Data/Reporting Analyst to work onsite in our St. Petersburg FL location.

How will you make an impact
As the Senior Labor Data/Reporting Analyst with Jabil you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our labor force through insightful data analysis and robust reporting. This position is responsible for collecting analyzing and interpreting complex labor data to identify trends forecast needs and support strategic decision-making across the organization.
What will you do
- Develop maintain and enhance labor reporting dashboards metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights to management.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of labor data including headcount attrition productivity utilization cost and capacity planning to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
- Design and implement data models and analytical tools to support various labor-related initiatives and projects.
- Collaborate with Human Resources Finance Operations and other departments to gather data requirements define reporting needs and ensure data integrity.
- Prepare and present clear concise and compelling reports and presentations on labor trends forecasts and recommendations to various stakeholders including senior leadership.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies ensuring the accuracy and reliability of all labor-related data.
- Stay current with industry best practices in labor analytics reporting tools and data visualization techniques.
- Provide training and support to end-users on labor reporting tools and data interpretation.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and special projects related to workforce planning and optimization.

How will you get here
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business Analytics Statistics Data Science Economics Human Resources or a related quantitative field or equivalent education and training.
- At least 5 years of experience in data analysis reporting or business intelligence with a strong focus on labor HR or workforce analytics.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI QlikView).
- Strong experience with Excel (pivot tables VLOOKUPs advanced formulas) for data analysis and reporting.
- Solid understanding of HR and labor metrics concepts and best practices.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights and recommendations for non-technical audiences.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Experience with large-scale ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) is a plus.
