• Own complex features from concept to prototype through production.
• Partner with Research Product Design and Engineering leaders to shape and refine product requirements.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate delivery while evaluating output critically.
• Drive scalable engineering best-practices while being conscious of quality testing and scalability.
• Make confident scope and priority calls balancing craft velocity and user impact.
• Test assumptions early iterate on feedback and continuously improve usability performance and creative outcomes.

• 10 years shipping applications.
• Deep proficiency in Swift UIKit and the iOS SDK.
• Functional familiarity with Objective-C and C.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools and agentic coding workflows.
• Strong product instinct and UX sensibility.
• Clear detailed communication across technical and product contexts.

• Experience with distributed agent runtimes and LLM proxy services.
• Experience collaborating closely with User Research.
• Comfort building and testing iteratively in production applications.
• Familiarity with building systems or prototyping tools like Figma.
• Shipped creative image editing or video applications to the App Store.

Expected Pay Range:

At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
