We are seeking a Senior Informatica MDM / IDMC Developer with 13 years of experience to design develop and support enterprise-grade Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The role requires strong expertise in Informatica Product 360 Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) and Cloud Data Integration (CDI) supporting large-scale digital transformation and data modernization initiatives.

The candidate will play a critical role in defining data architecture implementing MDM solutions enabling cloud-based integrations and ensuring high-quality governed master data across enterprise systems.

• Design develop and implement Informatica MDM solutions focusing on Product Master Data (Product 360).

• Define and manage golden records survivorship rules match-merge strategies and data governance frameworks.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand master data requirements and translate them into technical MDM solutions.

• Configure hierarchies reference data taxonomies and data models within Product 360.

• Support data quality initiatives profiling cleansing standardization and enrichment processes.

• Design and develop cloud-based data integration pipelines using Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI).

• Build scalable and high-performance data flows between cloud and on-prem systems.

• Implement real-time and batch integrations leveraging IDMC services.

• Optimize data loads mappings transformations and workflows for performance and reliability.

• Manage error handling logging monitoring and recovery mechanisms in cloud integrations.

• Participate in solution architecture discussions for MDM and data integration initiatives.

• Ensure alignment with enterprise data architecture security and governance standards.

• Provide best-practice guidance on IDMC capabilities limitations and design patterns.

• Support cloud migration and modernization programs involving Informatica platforms.

• Work closely with business analysts data architects QA teams and application owners.

• Lead technical discussions design reviews and implementation planning.

• Support SIT UAT and production deployments including issue resolution and root cause analysis.

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the data engineering team.

• Provide ongoing support for production MDM and integration solutions.

• Troubleshoot data issues performance bottlenecks and integration failures.

• Ensure compliance with data security privacy and regulatory requirements.

• Document technical designs mappings workflows and operational procedures.

• 13 years of overall experience in data management integration and enterprise data platforms.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Informatica MDM and Product 360 implementations.

• Strong experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).

• Proven expertise in Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI).

• Strong understanding of Master Data Management concepts (golden record match & merge survivorship).

• Experience in data modeling reference data hierarchies and metadata management.

• Expertise in designing cloud and hybrid data integration architectures.

• Knowledge of SQL relational databases and data transformation techniques.

• Familiarity with REST APIs file-based integrations and event-driven data flows.

• Experience with data quality frameworks and governance processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.

• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
