Senior Industrial Architect

Nesco Resource is seeking a Senior Industrial Architect with experience supporting industrial manufacturing laboratory and advanced technology facility projects. This role will focus on the development of building and plant specifications code compliance reviews construction documentation and coordination with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

• Develop building and plant specifications for industrial and technical facility projects.
• Prepare and review architectural plans construction documents and design packages.
• Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with applicable building regulations and standards.
• Coordinate closely with engineering construction and project management teams throughout project execution.
• Support permitting design reviews and building modification decisions.
• Provide architectural oversight from concept through construction.
• Review and stamp drawings as required.

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture.
• Ability to obtain architectural licensure in Utah and North Dakota.
• Experience supporting industrial manufacturing laboratory pharmaceutical semiconductor cleanroom or advanced technology facility projects.
• Strong understanding of building codes construction practices and technical facility design.
• Proficiency with Revit and construction documentation.
• Experience working alongside engineering disciplines in an EPC industrial or manufacturing environment preferred.
