Looking for a true Engineer not a developer. Must be local and USC only. Need someone who can own end-to-end development and work directly with business teams.

About

Client is expanding its internal engineering team and hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer who can work across the full application lifecycle. This role requires someone who can operate independently think beyond tickets and build modern enterprise applications end-to-end.

Required:

8 years of full stack engineering experience
Strong in at least one frontend: React / Angular / Vue
Backend: C#/.NET (preferred) OR Java/Python/Node (willing to work with C#)
Hands-on across APIs DB frontend backend deployment
Experience with AI tools: Copilot Cursor Claude etc.
Exposure to AWS/Azure Docker Kubernetes CI/CD
Experience in Banking / Financial Services or other regulated industries
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Must be local USC and able to work onsite

Not a fit: Frontend-only Backend-only or candidates needing heavy mentoring
