What You Will Do

• Design build and maintain full stack features for a complex data-intensive platform.
• Develop responsive performant user interfaces utilizing TypeScript React HTML and CSS.
• Build and scale backend services and APIs using Go.
• Collaborate closely with product design and data infrastructure teams to deliver comprehensive features.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and shape engineering best practices across the stack.
• Enhance platform reliability performance and developer experience through thoughtful engineering.
• Participate in code reviews providing and incorporating constructive feedback.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 38 years of professional software engineering experience in full stack roles.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React with a solid understanding of modern frontend patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Go for backend or systems-level development.
• Solid command of HTML and CSS with attention to detail in building clean accessible user interfaces.
• Experience with data-heavy applications involving complex state management and real-time data.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote-first environment.

Preferred

• Familiarity with cloud services and microservices architecture.
• Experience in building scalable applications that handle large datasets.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

Compensation and Benefits
