Senior Full Stack Engineer (Angular)

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior Full Stack Engineer (Angular) position! This is a 10 month contract with potential to extend and/or convert and will be hybrid in Buffalo NY. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Lead the migration of legacy applications to modern cloud-based architecture leveraging Angular APIs and Azure infrastructure
• Design and develop sophisticated front-end solutions using Angular consuming REST APIs from internal teams and third-party services
• Drive the adoption of Azure API Management (APIM) as part of the organizations cloud modernization strategy
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development team members coordinating tasks and monitoring progress on complex projects
• Collaborate with product teams operations staff and technology stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business objectives in a highly regulated environment
• Prepare comprehensive technical specifications test plans and system documentation while ensuring adherence to development standards and regulatory requirements
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies tools and processes to improve application effectiveness and organizational efficiency
• Support production systems through troubleshooting debugging and participating in on-call rotation (approximately once every 12-13 weeks)

What Youll Need to Have:

• 6 years of full stack development experience with expert-level proficiency in Angular (modern versions)
• Strong experience building and consuming REST APIs with solid understanding of API integration patterns and best practices
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services particularly Azure API Management (APIM) preferred
• Proficiency in either Java (candidates with both are highly preferred)
• Proven experience working in highly regulated environments such as banking healthcare or similar industries
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects while mentoring and coordinating less experienced developers
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with experience presenting technical solutions to various stakeholders

Pay Range: $70-$75/hr
