Job title: Senior Frontend Developer (React) Team Lead
Location:- Santa Clara CA (Onsite)
Contract W2 (No C2C)
Experience: 12 years
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a development team ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Take ownership of application delivery and stakeholder communication.
Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers product managers and backend teams to align technical solutions with business and user needs.
Translate wireframes and mockups into responsive high-quality user interfaces.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI issues to ensure seamless user experiences.
Ensure code quality through unit testing and continuous integration practices.
Optimize application performance across browsers and devices.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in ReactJS Redux and modern JavaScript (ES6).
Experience with Python.
Proficiency in unit testing frameworks (e.g. Jest Mocha).
Knowledge of performance optimization tools (e.g. Webpack Babel).
Experience with Agile methodologies and stakeholder management.
Exposure to Generative AI tools (e.g. Claude AI).
Proven experience in leading teams.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
