Senior Financial Systems Administrator (#0851)

You will be a hands-on functional Oracle EBS finance resource who bridges Finance and IT to deliver stable well-documented solutions. You will partner with Finance stakeholders and technical teams to troubleshoot production issues drive process improvements and support month-end activities. This is a fully Remote role supporting Pacific Time business hours (Pacific Time candidates strongly preferred).

• Serve as a hands-on functional resource supporting Oracle EBS R12 Finance applications.
• Support GL AP AR Purchasing (PO) and Fixed Assets (FA) modules.
• Partner with Finance users to understand business processes challenges and system requirements.
• Gather analyze and document functional and technical requirements for enhancements and process improvements.
• Investigate and resolve production issues through troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Support month-end finance processes reconciliations and Level 1 support activities.
• Configure Oracle EBS functionality and coordinate with technical resources for development work.
• Write and modify SQL queries to investigate issues validate data support reporting and perform reconciliations.
• Investigate interfaces integrations and data flows.
• Support user provisioning security/access reviews approval limits audit evidence and internal control activities.
• Develop test plans execute testing coordinate UAT and document results.
• Create system documentation procedures and training materials; train and support business users.
• Work independently in a remote environment while collaborating closely with Finance and IT stakeholders.

• Strong recent hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12.
• Direct functional support experience with GL AP AR PO and FA modules.
• Strong understanding of Finance business processes and how they map to Oracle EBS.
• Demonstrated business analysis skills: requirements gathering configuration troubleshooting and process improvement.
• Experience supporting Oracle EBS production environments and resolving application issues.
• Ability to write or modify SQL for troubleshooting data validation reporting and reconciliation.
• Experience supporting month-end Finance processes.
• Experience with user provisioning security/access reviews approval limits audit controls testing and UAT.
• Strong documentation training communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to translate Finance business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership from investigation through resolution.
• Ability to consistently work Pacific Time business hours.
• Authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).

• Experience with MarkView OBIEE or Oracle APEX.
• Experience with system integrations APIs Oracle EBS upgrades/enhancements or full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementations.
