Key job responsibilities
Business Finance Support:

- Use solid financial knowledge and business acumen to build financial models and analyses with some guidance. Draw conclusions and make recommendations that deliver results and drive improvements.
- Align financial and operational analyses with your business partners challenging business partner assumptions when necessary.
- Leverage AI tools to provide analysis and recommendations to business leaders to support operational and growth business decisions and action plans.
- Identify opportunities to resolve finance defects using AI. Improve automate standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes across teams and organizations.

Controllership:

- Own the financial planning and reporting for a business area and may teach others in areas of financial reporting.
- Identify and solve complex data integrity issues and collaborate with stakeholders on resolution insisting on the highest standards.
- Develop and execute data analysis processes that are scalable and auditable.

Communication:

- Intuitively utilize active listening skills to communicate data (both written and verbal) in a clear concise and unambiguous manner adjusting your style based on audience to articulate complex finance issues.
- Create effective business partnership with Planning CX and MFN teams.
- Have backbone and challenge business partner plans and assumptions when needed.


About the team
This role will partner closely with a broad range of Senior Leaders in Finance Returns Planning CX Operations and Accounting. This role plays a critical role as a financial advocate and business partner. This role will design develop and maintain performance measurements and reporting on strategic input drivers to continuously improve the economics of the business.

- 3 years of tax finance or a related analytical field experience
- 3 years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 3 years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
- 3 years of contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience
- Bachelors degree in finance accounting or related field or Bachelors degree and 3 years of finance or a related analytical field experience
- Experience with cube engine tools (e.g. TM1 Cognos or Essbase) SQL and Data warehouse

- MBA or CPA

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
